As everyone can see , ways of communication are changing everyday and internet is the current platform for every kind of communication in the world. It’s fast, free access, everyone can navigate on it, and it’s simply, you just have to type a few kyes and make some clicks to get into the world and find whatever you want, even those unimaginable things ten years ago we thought we couldn’t find out.
Blogs are one of these ways of participating into this internet system, and telling the world you are part of it. If you don’t know how to get into internet then you are not part of the world.
I think, writing in a blog for an English class is an interesting way of using this platform and at the same time being part of it. Blogs can make you interact with other people (in this case classmates) and also you can use advantage of all the information internet can give you like websites with different topics where you can learn from.
Another benefit of writing in a blog for an English class is that you can see how your classmates are getting better or just knowing them by how they write, or the topics they deal on their posts, this is maybe one of the most important benefits of this way of learning. It makes classmates come together instead of separate like everyone could think of these new modern systems.
Personally I didn’t have a blog cause I didn’t have a real “community” with I could share the information, I mean other people with blogs. An enviroment is created between bloggers, making it more interesting for the blog’s owner. It’s a good complement for the first part of the class even when you didn’t go to the class. Blog system is more independent , you can simply be part of the class just writing in your blog and in your clasmmate’s blog.
